Red Team Thinking Crash Course™

Learn powerful RTT tools that you can begin using now to stress-test your strategies and navigate through the present crisis.

Red Team Thinking® is a battle-tested set of tools and techniques designed to help you stress-test your strategies, strengthen your plans, identify unseen threats, uncover missed opportunities and make better decisions in a complex and rapidly changing world. First developed by the military and intelligence agencies, these techniques will help you challenge your own thinking and enlist your team in finding the best way forward through these turbulent times.

The only way forward right now is to adapt and evolve. There is a way through this crisis, but navigating this changed world is going to require new ways of thinking. You are going to have to learn to think differently – to challenge your assumptions, embrace hard truths and make plans that are adaptable and resilient.

This introductory course is designed to help you do just that.

It covers the basics of Red Team Thinking and provides the foundational tools you need to begin using this game-changing methodology. It is also a required prerequisite for all of our other training courses, which will equip you with even more powerful Red Team Thinking techniques.

We are offering this course at a deep discount, because we want to arm as many people as possible with these tools and techniques to help them and the organizations they work for meet the challenges of the present crisis and overcome them with Red Team Thinking.

This is a live course delivered virtually via Zoom.

It consists of two, 3.5-hour sessions delivered over two days. The instruction will be divided into 1-hour blocks with a 15-minute break in between each one. We will provide you with a short pre-read to be completed ahead of Day 1, and there will be homework assigned at the end of the first day that will need to be completed by the start of Day 2.

"Really enjoyed it and was able to apply lessons within three hours of completing the course."
