Red Team Coaching™

1. Course Overview

The Level I Red Team Coaching™ Course is designed to equip coaches with the knowledge and applied tools to use this methodology with individuals.

Course Completion & Certification

Upon successful completion of the Course and fulfillment of all requirements, Participant will earn their Red Team Coaching Bronze Certification, receive a digital certificate, and ICF credits.

2. Confidentiality

Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and materials disclosed or provided in connection with the Course, including but not limited to written, oral, and digital content, templates, frameworks, recordings, discussions, and supporting documents (collectively, “Confidential Information”).

Participant shall not disclose, copy, share, or make any use of Confidential Information, except as expressly permitted by TruThinking Corp. in writing. This obligation shall survive termination or completion of the Course.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, tools, materials, recordings, and related resources (collectively, “Materials”) are proprietary to TruThinking Corp. and protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Materials solely for their personal and professional development. Participant shall not:

- Duplicate, reproduce, distribute, or share any Materials without express written permission;
- Use the Materials as part of any train-the-trainer, commercial course, or certification program;
- Adapt or incorporate the Materials into any digital course or platform, including internal organizational training;
- License, sublicense, or sell any Materials or derivatives thereof.

Use of any Red Team Thinking® or Red Team Coaching™ trademarks, logos, or trade dress must be properly attributed to TruThinking Corp. and may not be modified or used in a manner that implies endorsement or partnership without express written authorization.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TruThinking Corp.

4. Recordings and Use of Likeness

Participant agrees not to record any session of the Course without prior written authorization.

By participating in the Course, Participant acknowledges that Course sessions may be recorded and grants TruThinking Corp. the irrevocable right to record, use, reproduce, and distribute their voice, likeness, image, and any comments or contributions for purposes including but not limited to internal training, quality assurance, and educational marketing, provided such use remains within the context of Red Team Coaching™ offerings.

TruThinking Corp. will seek separate written permission for any public commercial use of Participant's name or likeness outside of Course materials.

5. Course Completion & Certification

Upon successful completion of the Course and fulfillment of all requirements, Participant will earn the designation of Red Team Coach™, receive a digital certificate of completion, and be eligible to attend Red Team Coaching Level II.

Graduation requirements include:

- Completion of all required reading and pre-work.

- Attendance at all content sessions (live or recorded).

- Attendance at five (5) of six practicum sessions.

- Passing the final self-assessment.

6. Accreditation

The Course provides Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits through the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

Participant’s contact information may be shared with accrediting bodies solely for accreditation purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR.

7. Code of Conduct

Participant agrees to:

- Contribute to a psychologically safe environment during live sessions.
- Engage respectfully and professionally with instructors and fellow participants.
- Offer feedback constructively and in support of shared learning objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of all participant contributions and discussions.
- Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

Violations may result in removal from the Course and loss of future access to TruThinking programs.

8. No Self-Promotion or Solicitation

The Course is a professional development program and is not a platform for personal promotion or commercial solicitation. Participant agrees not to promote or sell services, distribute business contact information, or solicit clients during Course sessions.

Violators may be removed from the Course without refund and barred from future participation.

9. Community Access

As a Course participant, you will be invited to join the Red Team Thinking™ Community. Participation in the Community is subject to the host platform’s own terms and privacy policies, which are independent of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, and the parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Entire Agreement and Modification

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to participation in the Red Team Coaching™ Course and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

TruThinking Corp. reserves the right to amend this Agreement, provided that participants are given written notice of any material changes.

Red Team Coaching™ Level I Program

Modules 2–6 · May–August 2026

You completed the Boot Camp. You learned the science behind Red Team Coaching and got your first two tools — Think-Write-Share and Six Strategic Questions™. Now it's time to finish what you started.

The Level I Program gives you five additional modules — each built around a field-tested tool grounded in cognitive science — plus hands-on practicum sessions where you practice deploying them. Complete all six modules and earn your Bronze Certified Red Team Coaching™ designation.
