Red Team Facilitation™ Level I Program

Modules 2–6 · May–August 2026

You completed the Boot Camp. You learned the science behind Red Team Facilitation and got your first two tools — Think-Write-Share and Six Strategic Questions™. Now it's time to finish what you started.

The Level I Program gives you five additional modules — each built around a field-tested tool grounded in cognitive science — plus hands-on practicum sessions where you practice deploying them. Complete all six modules and earn your Bronze Certified Red Team Facilitator™ designation.
