Open to Bronze, Silver, and Gold-certified Red Team Coaches.

The Summit replaces our annual recertification program. Every Bronze, Silver, and Gold Red Team Coach must complete it to maintain their RTC certification. Coaches who have not completed the Summit and its course-completion quiz by December 31, 2026, will see their certification lapse at the end of the year.

Why a summit, not a recertification

In the past, recertification meant a session with us at the front of the room. That made sense when the method was new. It doesn’t anymore. Each of you now brings valuable insights and ideas to the discussion that we can all learn from and apply in our own coaching practices.

The most valuable knowledge about Red Team Coaching now lives with you, the coaches who have taken these tools into real client engagements and found out what works, what breaks, and what needs to be adapted. We have built this program around that. The Summit is still how you renew your certification. But it is designed first and foremost as a chance for coaches to learn from each other.

You will also hear from me about several important changes to the RTT tools — and leave with updated Mural templates for each one, ready to use with your clients the next morning.

— Bryce Hoffman, Founder and CEO, Red Team Thinking

High-ROI offers: making your way as a coach in the age of AI

AI is now competing for the same budgets coaches rely on. Clients can get advice, frameworks, and feedback on demand, at almost no cost. So what will they still pay a human coach for — and how do you package it so they say yes?

Tim Leake has spent more than 25 years using creativity to solve business problems. He spent nearly a decade as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer of the advertising agency RPA, where he helped grow the firm from roughly 350 people to more than 700. Today he runs Let’s Lightbulb, a creative and strategic facilitation consultancy, and leads a High-ROI Offer program for independent facilitators and consultants who need a sharper, more compelling offer.

He will bring that work to the Summit, along with a read on where the coaching market is heading.

Red Team Coach of the Year

This year, we will recognize one Red Team Coach whose work exemplifies what the method can do.

Every registered participant may nominate one coach for the award. You cannot nominate yourself. Your registration confirmation includes a link to the nomination form and an explanation of the criteria we will use to choose the winner.

Nominations close November 25, 2026.

Come live if you can

The Summit is a hands-on event. The breakouts are where you practice with peers at your level, test your thinking against theirs, and get feedback from experienced instructors. A recording cannot give you that.

If you can make it on November 30, please be there.

Can’t attend live?

You can still recertify and earn your CCEUs. Register, watch the full recording — including the breakouts — and complete the course-completion quiz.

  • The quiz must be completed by December 31, 2026.
  • The same deadline applies to live participants.

Who can attend

The Summit is open to all Bronze, Silver, and Gold-certified Red Team Coaches. Coaches certified at more than one level take part in the breakout for their highest level. Previously certified coaches whose certification lapsed this year can attend to reclaim their certification.

Before the Summit

Revisit the tools and frameworks from your highest certification level. Look back over your materials, notes, and templates, and think about how you have been using them: what has worked, where you have struck problems, and where you see room to go deeper. You will get far more out of the day if you arrive with those reflections.

Keep your certification. Sharpen your practice.

$299. Three hours. Three ICF CCEUs. Required for every Red Team Coach.
